How can I start the booking with ATL?
It's fairly easy to start the booking, all you have
to do is to let us know which itinerary from our
list you select and send us all other elements such
as the number of tourists, the tentative date of
travelling, what kind of accommodation you are
looking for, or to make it more convenient for you,
we can send you hotels' rates separately if you
wish. We will then contact you within 24 hours upon
the reception of your request and will get back to
you with all the details and options possible.
If I cannot find suitable program in your
itineraries, can you do my itineraries?
Of course we can, we can figure out with you the
rates based on your requested details. The tour
program and the tariff are just for you. We are very
happy to work out a number of interesting and unique
travel products for you. We have been doing the
ground handling for a number of companies for now
and we are very familiar with those kinds of
identity demand.
What languages can your guides speak?
Our guides can speak fluently English, French,
German, Japanese, Italian and some are bilingual or
trilingual. We are proud to say that our guides are
knowledgeable, well mannered, and caring to details.
Many of them have won personal relationship with
tourists that they were invited to different
countries as a friend. For many tours, we have both
national guide and local guide to make sure that our
clients are taken care to the maximum during their
stay.
In case our client has any amendments during the
trip, how do you charge us?
The client would then pay themselves at the spot to
service providers namely hotels or transport rental
companies at the published rate or the walk-in
rates, or else, if you and the client would agree to
let us to provide the services first and the payment
would be settled between us correspondingly. The
importance is the communication between us that
would be kept very closely and frequently during the
operation of the tour.
On public holidays, how can I contact you?

staff and manager on duty during those days. |
